Evan Hrivnak

Evan Hrivnak is a part-time Marketing Manager at Clear Space Theatre, where he supports marketing and communications initiatives to grow the theatre’s presence in the community and beyond. A recent graduate of the University of Toronto, where he earned his degree with high distinction, Evan brings a unique blend of strategic insight and creative energy to the team.

Evan is the founder of Lavel Consulting, a local marketing and technology firm he launched three years ago. Since its inception, Lavel Consulting has served over 20 clients in the hospitality, entertainment, and non-profit sectors, including the Rehoboth Beach Farmers Market, Drift, Sammy’s Kitchen, Freddie’s Beach Bar, La-Di-Da, and more!

During his time at the University of Toronto, Evan held several leadership roles, including Co-President of 180 Degrees Consulting, where he worked with mission-driven organizations on strategy and growth.

When he’s not working, Evan enjoys exercising, traveling, and experimenting in the kitchen. His long-term goals include growing his consulting business and launching an investment firm focused on real estate and venture capital.
